Thin cut veneers in special thicknesses and special wood varieties
With our many years of experience in the production of thin cut veneers, in recent years we have focused on processing special thicknesses. We regularly cut round timber to 0.40 mm, but also 1.40/2.40 mm. Special wood varieties such as obeche are also produced in 5.0 mm. In addition to our main products of thin cut veneers and spliced veneers, we also offer also contract work on our machines and sell sawn wood, offcuts and round timber.

Round timber
Our experienced round timber purchasers source the wood under strict selection criteria. This is how we guarantee high-quality veneers. We are always interested in new contacts for purchasing round timber. In addition to all European hardwood species, we also purchase larch and spruce round timber in above-average qualities. We offer round timber for thin cutting in our factory, as well as sawn timber.

Thin cut veneers
All common European hardwood species as well as larch and spruce. In addition to standard veneers which are available for immediate delivery from our warehouse, we also produce special thicknesses up to 5 mm, special lengths up to 4.60 m and features such as rough cut at short notice. After measuring, each package is automatically photographed and provided to our customers on request.

Sawn wood/offcuts
For technical reasons, offcuts are created during thin cutting of timber. These are half-edge boards with standing annual rings, that we artificially dry in our drying chamber and then measure board by board. Thicknesses: 16/22/26 mm. Other thicknesses can be produced upon request.

spliced veneers
We use our specialist knowledge to laminate and end bond spliced veneers. PVAC and urea-based adhesives are use for this purpose. We can guarantee short-term delivery thanks to our versatile stock of veneers.

Contract work
From the round timber we receive from our customers we use our thin cutting machine to produce veneers to individual requirements and any thickness on our band saw with a maximum passage width of 1.80 for sawn wood; the veneer can then also be dried in the drying chamber.
