Schlautmann Furnierwerk in Beelen/Münsterland primarily processes European and African timber from the sustainable raw material “Wood”.
Our main products are thin cut veneers and spliced veneers. In addition, we also offer contract work on our machines and sell sawn wood, offcuts and round timber.
We have been an FSC®-certified company since 2011 and have therefore stood for sustainable forestry and the prevention of illegal logging for many years. Ask about our FSC®-certified products.
Round timber, thin cut veneers and spliced veneers
Only the best round timber is suitable for veneer production. That is why each trunk delivered first undergoes strict quality checks to guarantee high-quality veneer. As a flexible family-operated business, we are able to meet nearly all our customers’ special wishes using our veneer thin cutting machines and veneer splicing machines.

Contract work
We treat our customers’ round timber for contract work as if it was our own. From the round timber classification, through process-controlled steaming, to expert thin cutting and measuring, your wood is in safe hands with us.
Sustainability
We only source our high-quality round timber from forests with sustainable management. We have been an FSC®-certified company for many years. We have overfulfilled environmental protection measures such as rainwater recovery, residual wood recycling and heat recovery in many areas.
